September - October, 2009

Groups of four (4) people will be accepted.

Beginning in 2008, I have allowed people who are interested in my cooking classes to make up their own groups.  Only four (4) people are needed to make up a group and should not exceed four (4) people.  We then discuss the schedule for the times indicated above.  I will only be teaching one session in April, one in May, one in June and one in September/October.

  • Each 6-day session includes accommodations at the Chateau in Nyons, France and all meals.
  • The fee is $3000 per person.
  • To register there is a $700 deposit per person, transferable to another person or another session, but not refundable.
