This
studio apartment is on a courtyard (away from street noise) in the 15th
arrondissement in a residential neighborhood convenient to all sorts of
stores and to two metro lines. It is about 3/4 mile south of the Eiffel
Tower. It has all the conveniences of a modern apartment including a
small but complete kitchen. Linens, dishes, and kitchenware are
provided. There is a stereo with tapes and CDs as well as books in
English and French. It has two single beds.
ADDITONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* There is a Laundromat nearby where you can do your own laundry if you
wish.
*MINUM RENTAL ONE WEEK. Longer term arrangements are also possible.
* The apartment is not suitable for noisy parties or pets.
* Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking.
* If you plan to make international phone, calls please arrange to use
a calling service such as AT&T, MCI, or Sprint.
* Local calls in France cost about ten cents a minute; just leave some
money in an envelope in the apartment to cover them.

To keep costs down, we must ask each renter to change the sheets and
pillowcases just before departing and put the dirty ones in the clothes
hamper in the bathroom. Also, be sure to leave the kitchen and bathroom
all clean for the next guests.
If you decide to rent please let
me know as soon as possible so I can reserve time for you. If you do
rent you can pick up the keys at the Travel Agency Charna at 86 rue des
Entrepreneurs, just next door. If you will arrive on a Sunday we will
make other arrangements for the key. If you need to make travel
arrangements Charna is a very good place to do it; they are competent
and helpful.
To get to the apartment, go through the big green
door at No. 88 into the courtyard. Be sure to ask at Charna for the
door entry code. The next-to-last door on the left is ours; it has a
number 5 on it. Go up one flight to the door on the right. Instructions
